I believe this is really Ladybug Tilda (not sure if that is her real name there are two that have ladybugs) I just left off the ladybug and covered her hand with the egg. I am entering this in the
Just Magnolia Challenge using a Magnolia stamp,
Fussy and Fancy Challenge requiring a kids card, and the
Stampin for the Weekend requiring an Easter theme. I layed the circle part of the card out as a Easter Egg shape. I have never done
three five challenges in one so it was interesting... (Have now added it to 2 more challenges!)
This card was a challenge alright! LOL My Martha Stewart punch that I used messed up 3 pieces of card stock, I cut my egg shape what seemed like 6 times trying to get the right size and even then didn't get it the exact size I would have really liked. Right now I am just thankful that I managed to get it done in a day. I used
Daisie Company Digital Papers, my cricut which is a first for me (had it for years never worked the way I liked until now, it helps when you find out how to run it!) The Copics used in creating this card were: E27, 25, 33, 02,00 and 0000, RV02, YG11, B21 and B000. I also used Stickles glitter on her dress and egg, the flowers were some I purchase at a Big Lots years ago that I had not used. I am trying to use items I have rather than buying lots of new embellishments. Is it me or do these things change like we change our clothes daily? I feel funny using old ones, but then some of the old ones are coming back again. I sold lots of them in 2 yard sales that I had last summer but still have more than 1 person should. I was beginning to feel like a hoarder I had so much!
